PNEUMATIC TUFT FEEDER

This machine is used for feeding cotton and cotton-style chemical fibre of length less than 76mm to the carding machine.

     Under the treatment of the delivery fan, the opened fibre is fed to upper trunk of this machine, after further opening by the beater, the fibre is sent to lower trunk by the circulation fan uniformly, and then pass the outlet roller to the carding machine. This machine can automatically adjust the web uniform by the air pressure..

     The elasticity-grip feed-plate keeps the holding power permanently to reduce the damaged for equipment or uneven feeding because of chunk.

     The advanced air-duct and structure of static-pressure cavity make the web more uniform for delivery to the carding machine.

     Stainless steel duct for transport material makes the fibre passing smoothly.
