    The frame and wall of spun-laced machine are of block modular structure.

    Different working width, such as 3.5m, 2.5m, 1.8m, can be chosen to suit the different weight of hygiene materials and leather base cloth, and the maximum weight can be 220g/m³.

    The high-speed up to 160-200m/min and high efficient spun-laced machine have been put into use in the customers, with stable and reliable operation.

    Various functional combinations are adopted to satisfy the needs of various processes and weight of the terrace. punching, roller spun-laced, roller embossing and multiplayer complex.

    Gripping lattice pre-wet and roller pre-wet is adopted to squeeze out completely the air in the fibre and make the more effectively spun-laced entangling.

    The high-pressure pump from international famous brand is adopted to get the stable and reliable spun-laced pressure, and the technology of frequency conversion is adopted to decrease the energy consumption and increase the efficiency.

    Air penetrability can reach 90% with three layers screen and one shaft suction roller adopted, ensures the high machine speed up to 200m/min and better entangling force.

    Dia. of suction roller is 520mm; the outer screen can be changed by the process requirement.

    Slit structure of spun-laced head is applied to reduce the water consumption and to get the finer water needle as   well as clearer cloth cover.

    Water pressure selfsealing spun-laced head makes it easily and quickly to change and clean the water strip, so as to improve the production efficiency and quality goods rate. The pressure can reach maximum 350 bars without leaking.

    The holding belt adopts air-bag cylinder with tensioning in beeline movement, comparing with the arm-swing style, it saves more space.

THE ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM OF SPUN-LACED

The technology of multi-unit frequency control and servo synchronous control is applied to ensure the synchronous operation of units and precise control of speed, so as to get the constant tension of fabric.

The centralized control system in operation panel is adopted. The advanced technology of computer control, PLC, touch screen and optical fibre transfer ensures the high reliability and intelligentization. The technological parameters can be adjusted set and stored easily, and the database can be set up to provide convenient operation.

The centralized control system is applied in the water treatment to realize the continuously automatic control of air filtration.

The frequency control is applied in high-pressure pump, and the needed pressure can be set and displayed in the touch screen.

The pressure can be stabilized automatically by pressure sensor’s self-examination feedback system.

The temperature of dryer can be set in the touch screen and the temperature is controlled automatically by self-examination feed back system to make the temperature uniform in the dryer chamber with high heat efficiency.
