Cross lapper is used to spread the fibre from the card into multi-layer to change the thickness, uniformity and strength rate in length and breadth, so that produce non-woven cloth with different weight

Unique design of the carriage makes the web feeding under valid control.

It adopts big dia.carbon fibre roller to reduce the moment of inertia and the weight of the carriage, and then to improve the carriage speed.

It adopts servo-motor and controller servo-control system with web storage and profiling function, equipping with feeding roller drafting device to keep the web thick in middle, thin at two both sides and trim in the two edges, and then keeps the web thickness uniformly.

The web delivery adopts with flexible lattice to solve the draft problem caused by the controlling program, which improves the web uniformity.

It adopts the person-computer interface of touch screen and PLC programmable controller to make running parameters and condition of control display, which is convenient for man-machine conversation and saving process plan.
